They called my daughters cell looking for my oldest daughter. Stated they were with the Ashland Cty Processing dept. (Ohio) and were needing contact information for my daughter. Gave me the same 888-267-4834 for her to call them as they needed to send someone out to deliver ligation papers too.

hmmm. I checked on the Ashland cty docket under her name and "case no." Nothing. Zero. Zip. Called them back and the receptionist stated they are an outsourcing company for 10 different attorneys. Sent me on to "Tara" who was extremely rude when I mentioned the number of people that say this number is a scam. Said I can believe whatever I wanted and when I mentioned I went on the county website to look up her name & so-called case number, she stated that the case is "pending" so it wouldn't show up and hung up.

Contacted the County court house...they don't make calls to look for you. If you are being served they would not call you first, they send a uniformed sheriff deputy who serves the paper work. There is nothing on the dockets for her.

"Pending" litigation means there would be a case number and it would be filed at the court house. So if you hear this crap, make sure you check with your county courthouse. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION. For all you know they can steal your identity.

We have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General, who is very familiar with this so-called company and they said if they call again to let them know a complaint with the OAG has been filed and we know they are a scam.
