Thanks for the warning. I received a message on my answering machine today and Charles Shauld said; he was with The Home Retention Mortgage Program.

I got a call from Charles Shauld with Vanguard processing stating he could help lower our mortgage payments and they went through all the paperwork, did everything like a real mortgage company does. then when it was time to make the first new payment, or you try to contact them via phone, all you get is voicemail and they never call you back. this company is fake and are taking peoples money. they are using another companys name and making them look bad. do not do business with this company
