It is actually CVS, and they called because my insurance company is partnered with them. I actually signed up, because they'll just mail me my prescriptions, instead of having to fill them every month.

I received a call from 855-673-6197. In searching the web I did determine that it is CVS. I do have a plan through my employer with them. I called the number on the card and confirmed the phone number was from CVS. At that time I asked to opt out of any calls from them.
