Everyday at least 4 times a day I get this call from a robot. They're telling me to log into my Citibank account with a long web address. They want me to update my information. I do not have a Citibank card! I called the legitimate Citibank and asked if they had called and they said no they have not. She ran my information through their database and confirmed I do not have any accounts with Citibank. She advised me not to call them back it is indeed a spam. She also ran the phone number which they called me from as well as the number they left for me to call them back and they are in no way related or associated with Citibank. It's a fishing Expedition to get your personal information people exclamation

Got a message today from this number saying to call regarding my "retail account." Called Citi cards from the number on the back of my card and they said they had not contacted me. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO OUT TO THE NUMBER THAT IS LISTED ON THIS PAGE!

I stand corrected...I called the number back and spoke to a rep without giving any info other than my phone number and name and it was regarding my Shell credit card and that i had missed a payment. So this is a legit number from Citi Bank.

Name is City Cart. I called and requested that the calls stop. There have been numerous calls and automated calls. I don't know the exact dates or times. Message left stated that they were calling me about my city cart account.

They called several times a day regarding a "private label retail account," which I do not have. This is totally a scam and I am reporting it to the FCC.

left more than 8 messages per day on our answering machine for several days. Says it is from Ctitcard and relates to a "Childs Place" acct for which we do not have. Called them back but did not give any information and they would not relenquish any information either. I do not know if at this point it is a scam or an identity theft.
