The incessant calling, the distraction and interruption of everything by the faux urgency created from the constant ringing, the weight of having to deal with “one more thing” on my list of chores, then those testy non-fluent English speakers on the line... What reputable business owner considers this model a viable strategy? Why are these organizations even allowed to exist? Is there a way out of all this? Who can possibly help us?
