I received a 2nd call from them today and for giggles, I did return the call. Spoke to the lady that called me and oh boy, I went psycho on her. First off, I told her I am recording the phone call, second she is asking me questions that were quite personal and I refused to answer over and over again telling her....look you called me re: "an issue and you have my SS# so you tell me what you want. Anyway, it was so bogus stating I had draft overcharges with a bank I do business with but have been dealing with them a long time. She asks, do you check your credit? I told her yep...at least once a week as I have credit monitoring and I'm almost at 800 which is true. That sort of gobsmacked her that I did monitor my credit and FICO. I again asked...you called me, tell me what you're calling about. Anyway, she names the bank of which again I do biz with and have done so for many years re: overdraft charges. Note, I have never had any overdrafts. I told her I googled her "firm" and told her the complaints against this number are horrendous. Told her if she chooses to try to scam me anymore, do it in writing as the law states. Now, I don't know if they have my SS# or not...that's the only part that scares me as it would with anybody I don't want having my SS#. But just block their calls. Or if you do talk to them like I did because I was in a pissy mood anyway and needed somebody to yell at, tell them to stop talking, put it in writing, hang up and block their calls. And oh yes, I did hang up on her after that and she was still talking. This was extension 212 and her name was Brittney.
