I received the same call about $650K second prize winning. The caller said his name was Mark Daniels claims Department for PCH, in Port Washington, NY Said he had a certified check to be delivered by Fed Ex and that there were no fees, but I was responsible for the Federal and State Taxes. He said the money is in LLoyds TSP Bank, in Panama City, Panama. He gave me his personal phone number of 516-833-3593. These scam aretis are getting very clever. The call came in at 8:00 am. Oh yes he said I could verify this information at 1+800-332-9609. I didn't call any of the numbers, I knew it was a scam.

She called my mom at 9 am this morning saying Fedex is coming to deliver a $600,000 check from Publishers Clearing tomorrow. The money is offshore so my mom didn't have to pay taxes on the money and Publishers Clearing House told the IRS and but she would have to pay money to the state.
They gave her a tracking number and a check number. They didn't ask for any personal information. They probably told her more but my mom couldn't remember

The same person call me today and said fedex would bring my package tom. With her lieing self,. They should put them in jail. The only thing she got from me was my address. I didn't give her anymore information. Glad I didn't
Caller's name Mike Owens. Said he was calling about a 2nd prize win of $650,000. Was having FedEx deliver something. Asked for info about home ownership, type of credit card used, bank account, birthday
Got the call today...This guys name was SHAWN MILLER...and $650,000 winnings...I don't understand this scam...seems pointless to me.
