I got a call saying they ate sueing me 2200.00 if I don't pay this they will put a lien on my licenses.. They also sayed if I were to pay I will have to pay them 465 to stop all the legal feed that my state charges for a company to sue an individual.

I got a call originally from 704-764-1308 which read Alton, NC on my caller ID @ work, I told them I couldn't take calls @ work and gave my cell phone number..they called on my cell phone & told me that they had a civil complaint and wanted to serve me papers @ either place of employment or home..they wanted my home address when they called me @ work but I didn't give this information to them. Does anyone know anything about this??

I got a call from someone as well stating repeating the same line. I contacted a consumer law attorney who told me that they're familiar with this number and folks behind it are just scammers.

CALL FROM A MR MARTIN..SAID HE HAD BEEN RETAINED TO SERVE A CIVIL COMPLAINT APPARENTLY FROM A ALLEGED DEBT..EITHER AT PLACE OF WORK/RESIDENCE. CALLED FROM AREA CODE 704, BUT LEFT AN 888 NUMBER TO CALL BACK. THE 704 NUMBER NOT LISTED IN DIRECTORY
