I received a call on my home phone I didn't hear any response so I called back and Allan Roma stated that I had a collection debt through Cash Net of $1912.70 from a Payday Loan I Took out using a false account number for the bank to receive payment from. He said the account was a closed account. As we talked further I realized it was my Son's information and only partially as it was totally incorrect with employer, ect. and I asked him how he got my phone number and he stated it was on record with them since 2010 when all of this was to suppose to have taken place... Wrong because I got this number August of This Year 2013. He tried to work out a plan to pay through me and gave me his phone number as (716) 210 - 6204 and the original call into my home was (888) 295 - 3814 I told Him This wasn't mine to discuss and he had no right to call me and put un-due stress on me since I had just gotten out of the Hospital with Heart Failure.. This caused him to tell me I had more than a heart problem I had a Head Problem & He Hung Up.... What Legal Recourse Do I have...? I'M MAD...

I received a call from this number today did not leave message but a comuter voice said phillips then just lingered saying nothing. But when I called the number and it answered pr and associates who I never dealt with these people.

I have been receiving phone calls from Allen Roma for two weeks now. he even had the nerve to call using a spoof number to make it look like he was calling from my local county commissioners office. He was using a voice changing machine but I could tell I was talking to the same person. The nerve of these people!!!

Phoning all times of day to set up payment arrangements. Told us to have two pieces of ID and lock up canines because they would be here to arrest us. Several different phones numbers they use and different names. It took them a month to come up with an email from a MIKE STONE - TELLING US TO CALL 1888-295-3814

Illegal low life collection scam. Ask them to VALIDATE VIA USPS MAIL the debt they are claiming to be collecting on. They WONT because they can't because they are an illegal operation.

I received a voicemail from a lady named Shae Smith from my county saying she was a legal processor and I was to contact 1-888-295-3814 and gave me a case number. She said I was to have 2 forms of ID on me at all times and a witness and she would be in my area by Aug 19th

I received a call from a Shae Smith a legal processor and she said I had to contact a number for a summons or she would be in my area by a certain date and I was to have 2 forms of ID on me at all times and a witness. She did not say what this was about.

THE PERSON NAMWE IS MS SMITH AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO PAY A LOAN THAT I DID NOT TAKE OUT OR I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO COURT IN MY COUNTY SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE FAX NUMBER SO I COULD GIVE THIS TO MY ATTY WHO HANDLED THIS MATTER IN THE MEAN TIME I WILL RETAIN THE SAME ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT ON BOGOS LOANS THAT CANT BE AND I KNOW MY RIGHTS DONT PAY THEM ANY MONEY IF SOME ONE HAS A CLAIM AGAINT YOU THE LAW WITH CONTACT TO SOME MICKEY MOUSE OPERTION TO GET YOUR MONEY CALL A LAWYER THEY WILL HELP WITH NO MONEY DOWN!!!!
