Looking for someone with the same last name and first initial as mine, said it was regarding a collection notice that they needed to collect on. It was a recorded message and stated if I wasn't the one they were looking for to disconnect the call since it contained confidential information (it was on my answering machine therefore it couldn't be disconnected), therefore they assumed they had the right number and went into how they wanted a returned call to clear up this matter. I called them to only get an answering service, which I explained to them that I was not the person they were looking for an to quit calling (I'm up to call 10 now), and if they did not quit I would start legal action

Calling for a person we've never heard of, cant even understand the last name on the recorded call. This place calls my home 4-6 times a DAY. Inclusive of today , Sunday @ 5 pm, was the last call. They claim to be a law firm attempting to collect a debt .
I have had a " live caller" call 3 x this week and told them no such person here...when i answer they say hello _____( persons first name), when i say you have wrong number they claim they'll remove # from their file. Seeing as it has been 5 weeks I do not see that happening.

This collection agency is calling for a Lou Ramos. I do not a Lou Ramos, but they seem to think if they keep calling he will show up. They say they will remove my number, but that is not happening. The calls are placed by an auto dialer and they come at all hours and weekends.

Keep calling asking for someone who I have never heard of...I have told them that no one lives here by the name they keep asking for, but they continue to call.
Last night they called after 9:00 PM

Calls asking for a person who doesn't live here but has same last name. I have threatened to report them and ask them not to call any more and they say it will take up to 48 hours and there will be no more calls. They still keep calling...a different person every time.
