mccaetny keeps calling even when marked fraud call I do not answer and they leave message any way. but I have blocked this number several times but they still get through to leave a message.

Anonymous2nd call I got this month in regards to somebody I used to know. Neither time will they disclose any information as to why they are calling, because I am not the person they are trying to reach. Each time they said they would remove my number, but would not answer WHY my number would be associated with this person or call. The scary thing is that I did know this person, and they are not a good person, and I don't know if they used my SSN for something. All I could get from these people is that they are a collections agency. They wouldn't say for what. Nor would they clearly state their name so I could write it down.
