There was a class action suit against midland credit for the robo calls being made to cell phones. They are settling it. And they still do it! Maybe criminal charges can be brought next?

Terrible!!! I have perfect credit and have gotten so many of these collectors call looking for persons unknown to me. There should be a law against this harassment. Over and over again.

Midland Credit. They continuously call me at work. I cant understand a word the man says. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling my work number and call me on my personal cell/home phone. If they have ever called my personal line they dont leave msgs.

Call after call and they never leave a message just calls 10 times a day which starts at 8:00 am to 8:00 pm just harassment after harassment and never nobody there

Midlands Credit Management called be 48 times this week. Got so sick of it I answered and they were trying to collect a debt of my ex's who I have been divorced from for 25 years.

They've been calling relentlessly, so I finally answered and after I said hello several times, they finally responded. Could hardly understand her accent and asked her to repeat and they asked for someone whom I have no idea it is. When I told them they had wrong number they said they would remove my number. We'll see if I receive any more calls from them.

They called me, about a 6 year old debt, that was for 1700 bucks, but in my state when the debt is over three years old its useless, I incurred the debt when I was seriously injured, not ashamed, but these people are relentless, and will take no explanations, because they are paid debt collectors, its a shame they ruin people lives and could care less.

No ID, recorded message, asking to I'd myself by my address. Attitude after I did not agree. It's 8:12 am. Please! Call during the night and week ends. What does no call list mean. Evidently nothing. Google number. Midland Credit Management. Why do I need my credit managed. I don't have a job. Dummies. I am tired of them calling me. Help!

I have been getting alot calls from this number I dont have any outstanding debt so I do not know why they are bugging me they just have up when i answer.

IT'S MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT CALLING AGAIN USING ONE OF THEIR ONE HUNDRED+ DIFFERENT TELEPHONE NUMBERS.

MCM CALLED MY HOUSE AT 8:01 AM THIS (SATURDAY) MORNING.

MY PHONE DIDN'T RING BECAUSE ALL TOLL FREE NUMBERS ARE ALREADY BLOCKED ON MY "CPR CALL BLOCKER", AS WELL AS 758 MORE TELEPHONE NUMBERS.
