I saw they are a collection agency for TD bank. I do not have an acct with them. I have problems with another bank. I also notice that they give me a file number, but I'm suppose to owe. $476 over my debt. I would have paid my debt through a bank loan, but they would not stop frauding me. The name they go by is Pressler, Felt, & Warshaw. Listed is another collection agency names of RESURGENT, 4 of the same name, 8 others & another 3 times. I do not recognize most of them. I have sue, on my mind, sue for malicious slander, trying to wreck my credit & hospital bills. I'm a fraud advocate & get emails from the FTC.

My phone is not working, so I got a letter. They are trying to fraud me $500. If they do not comply, I'm going to report them to the FTC. FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. This is fraud & harassment, go get a police report. Also, I do believe there is a way to report frauding collection agencies. Look it up on the search bar where the addresses go. Also, https is suppose to mean secure site, but now, DON'T COUNT ON IT!! I'm a fraud advocate & I get emails from the FTC. Collect your proof, the more the better. Do not, good grief, put it on line, but a safe place, in your home, but not something you can carry out the door & do not tell anyone, where your proof is. I wrote them a message & threatened them. They allow fraud & will ruin your credit score over fraud. Go on Experian or Trans Union & check your credit score & put a freeze on it. A few steps to fight the nightmare that takes the joy out of your life!!!!

They call at least 4 times a week never leave a message.Have no idea what they want.They never call when i am home.I called them once,they wanted to know my file number,i dont know the file number.Got put on hold,then disconnected

They are very annoying and over eager to harass people into paying a so called debt. May God bless you!!!
