Claim to be debt collectors from lawfirm of Budzik and Dynia LLC out of Chicago. Call several times daily, and leave robo message, or worse, blank message on voice mail. One spoke with a rep who claims to work for the attorneys. They were calling about a credit card account that had been written off more than four years ago. I asked them to send me verification of contract between them as well as proof of transactions by me through the card. The person on phone didn't know what I was talking about and hung up phone.

called me three times in a row... if I did not answer them the first time... you think they would have gotten the hint !

It's my phone, and I choose not to answer 1-888, 1-866, 1-800, or any number that I do not recognize or already stored in my phone !

I also do not have a voice mail set up so the dirty rotten bastards can not leave any messages !!
