THIS COMPANY OF VANDERBILT & ASSOCIATES GAVE ME A CALL IN REGARDS TO A DEBT I HAD ESTABLISHED MANY YRS AGO, I WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITH AN ASSOCIATE AT TEL # 877-248-7281 EXT 0183 JON STRICKLAND, GENTELMAN HELPED ME RESOLVE THIS MATTER & NOW CURRENTLY BUILDING MY CREDIT SLOWLY BUT SURELY...THANKS JON

they left a voice mail on my cell, just like the ones above except case # 3364921; i called back using a friends phone and told them that I wasn't the person they were looking for; I also told them that if they are trying to collect on a debt that is over 4yrs old the statute of limitations has ran out here in Californa; I told them I have had my number for 6yrs so there is no way they can legally collect in california; Also told them I am on the federal do not call list and that if they continue to call me I will file a law suit against them. The lady got mad at me asking why I was doing this. I told her because what she is doing is a scam and that I have looked her company up on the internet and there are several law suits against them. She hung up. Never give your real name and use someone else's phone when calling back. She wanted to know what my cell phone number was...yeah right!

females call leave a message stating they are from Vanderbelt & Associates in regards of a civil matter & refer to file #3321646 when calling or have your legal representative call or yourself. Also give the case/file #3321646 for the civil matter pending against you. I have received calls from the company within the last 3 days 7/17, 7/18 & 7/19/12. And the tel # left on answering machine was 1-877-248-7281 when call came threw tel #1-888-342-0623 which showed up on caller id box.

Machine says this is a call for the household of Woodruff,Barry if this is not the Woodruff,Barry household hang up. Which I do but they continue to call my cell phone 3-4 times a day. I have tried calling this number back but I can never speak to anyone.

They called my parents. I am not going to respond. I do not know what they are referring to.
