I am getting a call from them also. However, I look up the number and its Garden City Hospital in MI. Funny, I always goto Beaumont... Never to that horrible place. They Don't give me any info... Until they do they can keep calling. Never have been to Garden City... The girl says its from the business offices of PearStar ( not sure of spelling) cant find them online.

They have called me twice. Each time a woman leaves a message saying that she is calling from the business office of Peer Star. No such company associated with this phone number seems to exist. I have no idea who Peer Star might be.

They will not tell you where they are calling from they are a first party contracted collection agency so they tell you they are calling from their client but they are not. They do first party collections for several hospitals all over the country. They called me claiming to be Maine General Medical Center but I know for a fact the person I spoke to does not work for them in the patient account department as she claimed and when I demanded to know where she was calling from because I did know this she got irrate and hung up on me. I called Maine General Medical Center and filed a complaint since I am on a payment agreement with them already
