They called and he said his name was donald. we would not give any information of who i owed. he would not let me talk to a supervisor and could not tell me who i took a loan out with. He procedded to call me a loser, and that i could not pay off a loan and that i had not payed off any loans in the past. He called my co worker a bloody B****. Told her she was going to hell. He called back repeadly about 8 times and then called my moms number and tried to haress her.

I have been getting calls from these people for months now. They have called my home, work and cell phone. I knew they were frauds the minute they called. I was called the c word as well as a few choice other words. As well as the office manager at my work who I had alerted to this was called names and told she wanted to suck this guys you know what. How did he get my info in the first place. I thought everyone in this country had to be compliant with all the rules and regulations governing this. If I could find ouy how they got my info and from who I would go to them and tell them to deal with it.

I received a call from this number from an indian person. Saying he represented a law firm that intended to file suit against me for an unpaid debt that I knew had already been paid. When I called them back I told them I had confirmed with my bank and the creditor that the debt was paid in full, and that if they had a suit that they should file it, and that i would be filing a counter suit for harassment, and fraud. The woman then screamed into the phone and hung up on me, since then I haven't been able to get through to this number.
