They called me on10/3/2017 Did not answer!

Received a call from this number, I let it go to voicemail. Turns out it is eHealth, giving me info about Medicare health plans. I did sign up through this company 2 days ago, so it was a follow up, I'm guessing.

That is exactly how they get your phone number. NOW how to stop this. As stated above call the nice man (get his name) and tell him to take you off the mailing list within 24 hours and if not you will call Lemberg Law 1855 301 2100 X5522 they will respond with you phone number will be removed within 24 hours. If they say it will be removed and they do not remove it call the above number after making sure you have documented the dates, times of the call and have a way to prove the calls. The attorney does not charge you for your initial contact and you do not have to pay anything if it is taken to court. You may have originated the call but your calling and talking to a real live person and requesting a stop is acceptable and can be proven by records. Good luck if this goes to court you may come out ahead as the firm will give you a % if they sue for harassment and get paid. They will make the 1st phone call for free after you have requested the caller to stop.

They never leave a message. They need to leave a message and certainly if I don't continually want to be bothered I will call them back just to stop them from constantly calling me. The state/federal government needs to put a stop to this kind of problem. You no longer have peace in your own home anymore.

We DO NOT answer calls from numbers we do not recognize.

They call me once a day!

When you pick up the phone and say hello, give it a minute for the human to get online because it's an automatic dialer that called you, and the person has to catch it that someone has answered. It's the same as mentioned above. I went to a site regarding medical issues and in order to compare prices of medications this site asked for phone number. name email but when I didn't put in email it let me see the numbers I was looking for. However, next day, starting at 8 in the morning I got these calls repeatedly. I always let morning calls go to answer machine. Finally I picked up and waited for a human being to come on line. A polite man began talking. After he got his first sentence out, I asked if he would please remove my name and number off the calling list. He very politely said he would and thanked me for not yelling at him like some people do.

I need these calls to stop. I was looking up medicare supplement plans and it was required to give a phone number. The calls started immediately and I want them to stop immediately. When I pick up the party hangs up.
