Called me shortly after 8:00 am! I work night shifts! The caller ID only says "Toll Free"

Called me twice today. I think they are trying to sell Medicare insurance . I would never buy insurance from a company that cold calls from a phone call identified as "Toll Free"! How do they not realize that an "Toll Free" call literally screams "Scam"?
