They stated hacking software is dl'd on my computer. said they were from windows absolute Scam
You got that right. I had called mIcrosoft a few months ago, and was told they do not make those calls at all that it's a scam and so if I get anymore calls from anyone like that I tell them straight out what Microsoft told me and that the callers are doing criminal things and that they are not my computer service and that they need to be reported. Just don't talk to them at all, they are not who they say they are. Microsoft never calls people.
