i called back they sell industrial cleaning supplies. i order one case of penetrating oil and one case of hand cleaner.

also received a NASCAR hat as a thank you for ordering. sales rep said the cap was for my boss. yea right i am goig to keep it for myself.

Update: It turns out that RCS is a legitimate business in Northvale, NJ, but the BBB has reported a few incidents of questionable sales tactics by them.

Left a VM to my office phone saying to call back immediately regarding an express shipment. Being in the purchasing department, this seemed like a legitimate call. But when I called, the person on the other end introduced himself as someone from the promotion department for a company named "RCS" and wanted to send a gift as a token of their appreciation for our business. I looked in our database and found no mention of "RCS". (I asked what "RCS" stood for, but he said it stood for nothing other than "RCS") When I asked what we had purchased in the past, he explained that he didn't have a computer in front of him so he didn't know. But in closing, he wanted to ship some Gojo and another cleanser to us and reqested a PO number to reference.

In short, it was a cold sales call disguised as a customer appreciation call. Not even sure if the company is legit.

Weird calls to my cell, I want to stop them immediately.
