Same report as others. Refund from company that has closed.
Robocall rec'd this afternoon, supposedly from Microsoft Refund Dept. (Kathy Jackson). Recording was quite unnatural, like computer voice simulation; pauses not grammatical and some words skipped over. Said I had purchased computer technical support from them several months previously, but that "the company" had been ordered to close. [Microsoft??!!] They were therefore refunding unused support subscription funds apparently. Said to call this same number to arrange for this refund. Doubt very much MS was closing its tech support dept. Also, if there was an issue with the subscription, they'd be putting it in writing, either or both snail-mail/e-mail, not this sloppy recording.
CID only showed phone # and "800 Service."

Trying to add recording to my message.
Fake call about a fake refund for something that you never even paid for. Some crap about phoney Microsoft support and a phoney court order. Get a real job and life!!!
