6:00PM call 8/23/2016 sounded angry said he was from Frontier and they could no longer provide services and said to call 888-376 6843 , I did not call back as I had earlier cancelled Frontier "security service " by using internet chatline Frontier agent that was professional and service oriented . I also had received email notice of correct change.
