They called said I owed 649.99 for software plus a 200.00 charge for something if I didn't pay. I talked to a Dakota Jones and of course she said it would be put on my credit report, this was suppose to be from 2015. She tried to get me to pay but I told her I was not paying for anything I didn't purchase she sent a phony invoice. I called the next day and spoke to Dakota Jones whose voice was totally different that the first one I spoke to and I told this one that so she tried to make up something. I hope no one falls for this scam
I got a call from a rude guy just today professing to be from "Administrative Closings and Collections." He called from 888-855-6550. He gave me the same story common on this thread about an outstanding bill for computer whatever from several years ago... I stopped him all-but-immediately and told him I most certainly DID NOT agree to any kind of ongoing deal/arrangement/contract. He tried to argue with me (surprise surprise) and I told him in NO uncertain terms that if the company supposedly claiming I owed them money was attempting to blackmail me into paying them anything - that constituted "fraud" and Administrative Closings and Collections is 100% liable for the fraud. I attempted to explain "why" but he told me to expect a $900 judgement to show up on my credit report and hung up on me.
I called back a few times - nobody would acknowledge I was calling - they'd pick up and hang up without saying a word. On about the 8th try, I reached someone who immediately transferred me to a "supervisor." This jerk had the audacity to tell me I was wasting his time, because if he wasn't "out on the floor" he wasn't "making money." Then HE hung up on me too.
I'm persistent. I called back a few MORE times (because I was really ticked off at this point) but never spoke with anyone else. I ultimately got the message "The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number..."
An hour or so later, I called from my wife's phone. I got the same "on hold" music and IVR recording as I did previously before they blocked my number - but an answering machine picked up NOT claiming to be "Administrative Closings and Collections" but some kind of tech company with a gmail email address?! I called from MY phone again and got the same "Not in service" message as I did previously.
LONG STORY SHORT: THESE GUYS ARE TRYING TO PULL A SCAM!!!
Well I get to add to the list. On August 09, 2018 I received a call from an "agent" Carl Santiago from Administrative Closings and Collections, LLC/Capital Administrative Center, LLC stating I owed $649.99 and I need to pay it immediately or they were going to have it impact my credit report. When I challenged him why the company that I allegedly owed this money to did not reach to me since I purchased this Anti-Malware package from in January 15, 2015 he became belligerent and demeaning to me. He then said I could speak to his "supervisor" and when I told him I have no idea who he is sending me to he really turned up the rudeness. I then told him to send me an email with the company that I owed and a breakdown of costs. I spelled my name 3 times for him using names for letters of my name, and he still got it wrong in the email. If this is a true company, they are idiots!! Total scam and BBB, FTC, and CFP have all been notified.
I received a call from "Michael Ross" at phone number 888-485-3050, Administrative Closings & Collections. Said I owed a past due amount of $649.99 for charges incurred in 2015 for anti-malware services. Told him I didn't buy any anti-malware services. He said I needed to pay this amount or he would send me to a collection agency. Somehow, he had my email account and sent me a copy of an "invoice" which was nothing more than a list of phony charges. The "excel spreadsheet" was unreadable. If he calls again, I will tell him this is a phone scam and I'm reporting him to the State Attorney General's consumer protection division and hang up. I don't owe anyone $649.99.

I received a call today July 11, 2018 from a Michael Ross. Said I owed $649.00, old debt from US Tech Solutions. I questioned him a long time, then told him to send me an email with evidence (copies of statements) he was upset but said he would send it. He sent email , but no corrobative evidence that I owed anyone anything. I called US Tech Solutions. They said they NEVER turn debts over to anyone because they do not carry accounts like that. Also, I asked if I could possibly have any kind of an account with them and they said no. This has to be some kind of scam.
I don't owe anyone anything either. Ross also threatened to send my debt to a collections agency, and when I said I thought he was a collection agent for ACC, he stammered around about this whole thing. He said if I did not pay up I would end up owing over $900.00 and would be filed against in Court. The number used was 888-676-9600
does anyone have the invoice they can put on here so i can have proof of a second one to provide my lawyer
