I got called about 5 or 6 times saying that I owe the IRS over $2000. I think the government should really cracked down on these people prosecute them send them to jail. Its not right to scam us.

Same here. Have received three calls from them just today.
Falsely represents IRS and says "your name" is under an investigation.
