I knew what it was and I immediately blocked it. Problem is, blocking it didn't help as their number is still able to call me!

No one on the other line....
They want me to give them my ssn and confirm. Plus give them my account #. They will not verify anything to me about my account. She said it was policy,that they can,t do that.
