Got a call about an order for one of my rental properties in Virginia. I routinely order appliances for this property (since 2002) and as a Military wife have had many billing addresses, email addresses, but always the same cell phone. Spoke with two reps who made it sound like they were contacting my credit union to confirm my identity. He asked me password questions, social security number and she could hear this conversation. Not cool. Also she wanted to know how long I have lived at current address which is my address of record. AND she asked me what I had ordered which seemed like she was fishing rather than just confirming my billing address. Bottom line, I didn't like getting this call. In the last ten years, I have bought 4 sets of washers and dryers, 4 refrigerators, 2 air conditioners, 2 disposals , three HUGE television with wall mounts, blue rays and 3 microwave ovens, and a Husqvarna tractor (that doesn't run by the way) for my properties from you guys. Don't you know me yet? Think I'm going to HH Greg next time. At least the check out time will be shorter and less of a hassle
