I wanted to mess with them. Pressed 1 to take advantage of their offer for 0% interest on my Visa or MasterCard account.
Some guy answered with what sounded like a screaming baby in the background, "Cardmember services. How are you doing today?" I promptly told him this was a scam and to please quit wasting people's time. I was disconnected just like that!
