This is to notify all student loan Sallie Mae/Navient borrowers that they are being sued by the government. It's legit.

Don't fall for it. They are a scam! They claim to be Student Loan forgiveness. The fact that they set up their caller ID as the "Dept of Education" just goes to show you how shady they are.

Apparently this number is department of education. But they never leave a message. I haven't heard of a facility not leaving a message. So as of right now, I've blocked them since they don't show up on my id logs either.
