I recieved a call from someone by the name Mr.Benjerman theatening me about a payday loan From Advance America .that was 6yrs old .They told if I did not pay them they were going to call the police and have me arrested and call ssa and have my ss garnished.

Mr. Russell called me and told me charges were being filed against me for a check advance Titan Loan llc I d not remember them but I did have a a trustmark account back in 2008.And they took 375$ out of my account and now I did not authorize it. Damnit that makes memad as hell

called threatening fraud charges are they for real?

Telephone number on my caller ID was 716-803-8818 and the woman claimed to be Ann Allridge and stated that her office needs information from me or they are going to refer it to the proper authorities. She left a case number to refer to and said to call back 888-415-2798. Weird thing is that she left a message on both my cell phone and home number and referenced an incorrect name. She ended the conversation by saying that I have been notified on one message and said I have been served on the other. I know this is a scam because I owe no money to anyone, my credit report is accurate and wouldn't have any concern for her to contact the proper authorities.

I have recieved hundred of calls asking for Heather Morsett, I've had this cellphone number for years and some women named "Diane or Diana" keeps leaving me threats of me getting arrested.
