Called saying I need to contact them about being summon to court on a property but never address me by name, tells me to contact them with my attorney and gave an acct # CRC XXXXXXX - CA. Total BS. Scared tactic. If you know you don't owe any money to any business/entity/etc, do not let them fool you. It seems whoever is doing this is also selling info because we are getting scam callers every few months about different issues on us owing money. If you happen to pick up: Rule #1, don't admit to anything. Rule #2, tell them to F off.
