Unfortunately Kayna seems to have been misinformed. Nieither 602-766-6484 (the originating caller ID from Phoenix) nor 888-426-7995 are American Express numbers. The message was "Hi, my name is xxxxxxxxxxxx, and I'm calling from American Express merchant services. This call is in regards to the payments that we are trying to make to your business. Please call us back on 888-426-7995. We work from Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm..."
There's no way American Express wouldn't address me by name or business name. So...nope. Not gonna call back.
