I just receive a called with a case number and all. I don't even have checks

this number called and said that there was a bad check written with my name and social. they used my maiden name which i haven't used in years. such a scam

Scammer trying to fool everyone out of their money. Don't believe a word they say. They will know some basic info on you to try and make you believe it. They look up an old debt and try to tell you that you will be served if you dont settle by the end of they day. Its pure bull and they know it. Call them on it and they will get mad and hang up on you.

the caller left a voicemail with this call back number (888) 435-3095. Caller stated that there were several complaints against my social security number. they did not state my name or my social security number.
