I received a call from a Kevin Gamble (unknown number). He stated that he was trying to contact me, it seems that I was trying to avoid his calls. He said that he would come to my job to serve the bench warrant or I could meet him at a mutual place (REALLY??) or I could call the plaintiff directly at 888-447-7336.

I received a call today from Stanley Richardson with the same kind of information given stating that I have a legal matter against me in Fulton County of Atlanta Ga. So I called the court house before giving these ppl any of my personal information especially my address.

I received a call from a Lisa Thomas requesting that I call her at 1-888-447-7336 before I was issued a failure to appear in court in Franklin County. I did not call as I looked up this number and found other complaints.

I got a call from a Frank Spears. He stated that if I didn't contact him a bench warrant would be issued. The caller ID shown UNKNOWN. The number he left was 18884477336. I promptly sent a legal and binding text, and contacted local, state, and federal law enforcement departments

I got a call from "Frank Spears". He left a message stating a bench warrant would be filed if I did not call 1884477336. My caller ID shown UNKNOWN. He gave a case number of 60451048. I promptly sent a text as a legal and binding document and contacted local, state ans federal law enforcement agencies.

I got a call from a Brandon Spears, stating that he was trying to serve me with a warrant. To call 888-447-7336, case#60450930. I called the number and got Michael, Michael and Green Associated; it seemed legit. He proceed to transfer me to Jason Cooper who was suppose be handling my case. Claimed I owed $3100 and also gave me the last 4 of my ss#; however as the conversation went on He put me on hold and the background music was R&B. Red flag, so I typed in the number and saw that the number is bogus. Don't be fool by these people

888 447 7336 called looking for someone by the name Ernestine Martin, the caller left this message on my machine said his name was David Blanchard and that if this Ernestine person did not get back in touch with him a bench warrant would be issued. I started thinking who calls and leaves such a personal message, then when I saw all of the other spam calls concerning this number I knew its the scammers getting craftier trying to scam people especially with the holiday season coming up. Its to the point I dont answer unless I know who it is nor will I return these never ending bogus calls.

I heard from a Mary Kronin, claiming I owed a loan from Cash Now. Claimed I could pay today for $1025 or go to court for loan of $3000-4000. Gave me a case file number. Number she called from was 406-201-3544 number she gave me to call back was 8889447-7336 ext 571.

I called the number back. They claim to be attorney's for a "Cash Now" check advance loan place. They are filing a suit for $3000-$4000. They gave me the last four digit of my ss# to make it seem legit.. I told them I have an appointment with my attorney on monday (which ironically I do) the guy (steven richards) I was talking to got quiet. I also told him that I was in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and told him that my attorney will be sending him the harrassment suit to his office as soon as it can be filed in Federal Court. Weird... He hung up.
