I received a call from Mary White 404-400-3376 X414 asking to talk to my ex-husband that I divorced 30 years ago. She said he has a court date coming up for a case against him and they can't reach him. Said it is very important to reach him to give him a chance to resolve the situation out of court. Don't know how they got my name and number. My ex is a very upstanding citizen that has pays his bills and ample money so I couldn't imagine it being legit. I found this site and see it is not. Did anyone see the claim listed on their credit report?

I got a call from a mary white ext 417 told me that i had a payday from 2010 i told ms. White that i did not have any payday loans . She then proceeds to threaten me with all kinds of lawsuits and litgations told me that she would put a lean against my property , bank accounts, and car . I don't know who this woman is . I have asked her send me some type of documentation showing that i took out this loan she refuses constantly calls my home and cell phone repeatedly.......Who is this mary white !!!!!!!!

I got a call from Mary White saying she was from North Center Litigations. She told me that I had an alarm with Vivint Alarms . I told this person that I cancelled my service with Vivint years ago , she tell me that I am about to go to jail and my assets are going to be frozen if I don't pay her . She said my balance was 3587.14 and I can settle out of court and this payment will stop all litigations and charges against me . I am so confused I don't know what to do she has called my parents home and is now contacting me at work I have asked her not to contact me at work but I get a call from her day. I have asked for her manager but she tells me that she's in charge and I can't speak to any one else .

This company is a scam. They use the names David Allen (Lamar Snow) and Mrs. Evans. They use the scare tactics of calling family members, saying you are under an investigation and that you are a felon. When you request documents they say they will only email you something and they do not have to provide you any written documents in the mail. They do not follow any of the collection laws and try and charge you with bogus claims. I let them know that payday loans are illegal in my state and their response was "they are not because you received one." I've never had one in my life and they are in fact illegal in my state. THEY JUST CALLED ME AND SPOKE TO MS. EVANS SAYING I OWED 800$ FROM A PAY DAY LOAN BACK IN 2011 FROM A COMPANY CALLED EPC PROCESSING. TOLD ME THEY WERE GONNA TAKE ME TO COURT FOR FRAUD. I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD FOR I CLEARLY DID NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT FROM THEM, WHILE I WAS ON PHONE LOOKED UP THE NAME OF COMPANY AND THIS IS WHAT CAME UP http://www.dfi.wa.gov/consumer/alerts/ep-processing-llc-debt-collection-scam. THEY ALMOST GOT ME!!!
