They told me the same thing.I didn't feel right after I gave them all my info.So I called to cancel. The fellow act like he was upset.Someone called me today. I told her I've cancelled.So they must have tried to get the money.But I got a new card

They offered me Health Insurance plan. Also, added RdX prescription medicines plan. I authorized my bank to pay the initial amount with 30$ processing fee.
What I received is Life Insurance plan for 100K and not the health insurance coverage as they promised from 5Star Insurance company. I am processing the refund from the Insurance company.
I called this number several times and it just gives a message to leave my number and someone will call back.
I am not sure if this is fraud or someone made a honest mistake to make my policy as Life insurance. However, they mentioned as part of my health coverage (where they said no copay, 3-10 for prescription drugs copay) 100K life insurance is included.

i was deceived into purchasing insurance from this company called national insurance brokers. in my desperation because i lost my job i gave them my routing number and account number. i was already dubious now I keep calling to cancel the "multiple" and no one is picking up the phone

They call several times per day, every day and the hang up after the call is answered.
