Robo calling from Humana. It’s a computer. Very annoying should be illegal. Humana should spend the money on lowering plan costs instead of this crap.

This is not a scam call! This is Humana mail order pharmacy. Please call with your pin number. It is important info about your rx.

They got me, too. My voicemail said it was an urgent call from Humana. They'd left four voicemails, though I've told them before that it's best to contact me by email. Since the robocall voice was the familiar Humana one and included my name in the voicemail, I thoughtlessly called them back. And, when they asked me to confirm that I was calling them back, I said, "Yes." The next thing I heard made no sense, in terms of my Humana account, so I hung up. And then I felt like an idiot for not checking the phone number first, online, to see if it was a scam call.

me about medical services I need to get checked. Nothing like a robot telling you that you need your colon cancer check, which I have never done. It was rather uncaring and impersonal.
Something like that my Doctor would need to tell me not a damn robot on the phone.
They don't know how I would handle the news may be my uncle just die of colander cancer who knows.
I know it's rude to do over the phone regardless.
