They sound so rude! and so unprofessional. They all should take classes on phone etiquete!!! First of all if your calling from a business, the greeting should be as follows:
Good morning, my name is bisquit head and I'm calling from an anoying company here to offer my crappy service. May I speak with the person I want to bug? No? Thank you, have a nice day

If you signed up for any of those Mom Scholarships or clicked a free sample thing where you had to click an offer you'll get these. What I did is just politely tell them I have graduated college and have no need for this and they remove you off their calling list. If they persist just repeat yourself and if they pause state thank you for removing me have a great day and hang up! So far that has worked for me!
