Same thing happened to me. They had originally called on 12/28 and introduced themselves as ATT. They stated my phone bill was going to be reduced by 20% due to some partnership with ATT. So of course I agreed, not knowing that ATT does not make outbound calls to make any changes. So they recorded me agreeing to their service, thinking the entire time that I'm agreeing to my bill being reduced. Anyways I run a small business and this is unacceptable. I do not always have the time to call ATT about my phone bill and make sure I'm not being charged for something I didn't know about.

I had the same problem as above. When I called USBI to get credits on my account, the person was horribly rude and condesending and complete and utter JERK! DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR ACCOUNTS FROM INBOUND CALLS. AT&T does not make outbound calls to change your services. You need to contact them. Nor do they make in person visits to your place of business.
