They called to inform me that I had been approved by my insurance to receive a medical device... in this case an electrical muscle stimulator. I was in the hospital and my wallet was locked up, so I couldn't giver her my policy number she wanted. HUH??? She had just told me I was approved by insurance and didn't have my policy number??? RED LIGHT! She could do nothing further but she'd call back in a few days. English -speaking, no accent, seemed like an honest person. They had her trained good!
