MY DAD RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS WOMAN. 'JANIS PHILCHER' AT 866-552-8832. SHE NOTIFIED HIM THAT I PUT HIM DOWN AS A CO-SIGNER AND THAT IF I DIED HE WOULD HAVE TO RESUME THE DEBT, SO HE BETTER HAVE ME GET BACK TO HER IN THE NEXT 24 HRS. HE STATED THAT HE HAD NEVER CO-SIGNED FOR A $2000.00 DOLLAR CREDIT LINE WITH ME, SHE THEN TOLD HIM THAT HE SHOULD HAVE ME INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD THEN, AS THIS MEANS I FORGED HIS SIGNATURE. NOW I'VE NOT EVEN HAD A CREDIT CARD IN OVER TEN YEARS, LET ALONE HAVING ONE WITH MY DAD'S NAME ATTACHED. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE SLEPP AT NIGHT!? SMH

I just got this call same thing my son put my name on a credit application as an authorized user. She was aggressive and nasty but I did call back to make sure the number worked then reported it to the federal trade commission. They ask that anyone else who gets tis type of call also file a complaint. https://www.ftc.gov

Called said her name was Janet. She gave me a case number. She asked if I knew (gave me my son name) I said yes! She said HE requested that they investigate him for fraud charges. Said that I was a cosigner on the credit card. I said that wasn't possible. She said my son put my name down as a cosigner and they called me and asked if it was alright and I said yes! NOT TRUE! The way she talked wasn't professional. Didn't sound right! When talking to my son he said that he got a phone call from them they wanted his bank account information and $1,000. SCAM!!

They ask that anyone getting this type of call report it they are great and informative and it only takes a minute or two.
She (Janice Filter) has been calling me obsessively. I left a message with Credit One Fraud Dept and they finally called me back today. She in no way, shape, or form represents them, nor does she work for them. Do not give her any money!
