received multiple calls as everyone has mentioed. I've called the number back and added myself to their do-not-call list. It's all automated. Be interesting to see if it stops.

Absolutely ridiculous they won't stop calling I picked up & some guy was on the other line it sounded as though he was at a centre. I hung up though so idk.

RBC telling me about online security and identity theft... services I already have. When I told her that I don't take unsolicitated services off the phone she realized that random phone calls about identity theft don't work against someone who's remotely aware.

These morons call at least 3 times a day. I have called their number twice and listened to their BS about what they do...RBC was never mentioned. I Pressed "1" when prompted to get off their list....I've done it twice. The calls keep on coming. I will be doing even less business with RBC from now on. I think I will now contact that bank and have my VISA card cancelled.

They are calling from this number sometimes 3 times/day for the last 2 weeks... and they are calling to my cell phone so I don't pick up. Absolutely annoying. I work for rbc, but I'm on mat leave right now so I'm not actually in my branch to try and stop it. I think I'll take a trip in to see the girls tomorrow.....

they have called me 15 times in the last week...where do we draw the line at harassment. The problem is that being from a bank that WE have made the business contact with (signing up for a bank account) they do not have to follow the national do not call list. They are calling and waking my family up too.

Call the # back... It's super easy to get on their do not call list. Just follow the prompts. You don't even have to talk to anyone!!

It's some Royal Bank credit promo bs. Answer then wait a few seconds for someone to come on the line. Then tell them to go away. I did that today. They'd called me about 15 times in the last two weeks.

What aggravates me is that I have all my numbers on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and they have been for 8 months now, and the calls still continue....i just don't answer anymore!

You have to wait like 5 seconds before someone start speaking on the other hand, she says she's from RBC, and she's calling to lure you into signing up for the Credit Report service.
