I did call this number and the lady showed me everything on my computer she was doing??? What do I need to do to make sure she isn't still hacking in my network??

Was unaware of this same- as a college student, I rely heavily on my computer so I called and talked to the people for nearly 40 minutes but would not buy their product. Does anyone know if they are now able to access all of my information or what I should do now?
