Another b.s. call tonight, except this time I answered and replied with a grunt just to test to see if it was voice- or sound-activated. Sure enough this Oriental guy on the phone (saying his name is "Generosity" of all the weird names) wants to offer all this credit monitoring crap service to me for $1.00 and then 12.95 per month if I decide to keep it. BUT, here's the hitch . . . he wants to verify my address . . . I said "If you're really with Citibank, you already have my address, you guys send me a damn bill every month I have charges!" He was stammering, so I told him I'm not interested in the service and to take me off their calling list. He claims it could be 30 days, but I'm good if they'll just stop bugging the HELL out of me with these incessant calls.
