Organized scam crime to try to steal the potential victim's information. Those criminals need to be caught and punished severely. Why has the government continually allowed these scammers to take advantage of people?

The scammer pretending to be TD Credit Card, asks another scammer that worked for them to deliver it to an address that is not my mailing address.
The scam letter was returned to the scammers. The scammer asks you to call them back and collect your personal information over the phone before putting you in a chain of trouble. Why don't the government and law enforcement agencies punish these scammers? These scammers are using every opportunity to take advantage of people in society.

I called them and complained o them harassing me. I told them I got 9 calls in 1 hour on a Sunday and they kept denying that. I kept asking for them why they are harassing me and the female hangs up. Very poor customer service.

There has to be a way for this to stop. I can agree with the numbers i see here they have called me too.I really thought it was TD Bank until I checked them out.They are nothing more then Fraudulent Scammers. Be Careful.

I think this is possibly legit. I forgot to pay my visa acct and I think they were just calling to remind me so I didn't stack up internet debt.

These people are definitely scammers.They call daily and now they don’t leave a message.At first they left a message saying they were TD Customer Service which they are not.I have checked out every number they call from and it clearly states Frauds. I have blocked and reported these people daily and they won’t stop.I even joined a block my number site and where you can report them and they still call. very annoying.If you owe money or not to your visa Don’t trust they people.They are not TD Bank.

They keep calling me these idiots for a debt thats not even mine.. It was a fraudulent one,and my account is closed.. Go after the one who owes you,not the one who was defrauded..

Got call too from ‭1 (888) 495-9301‬, i never received it and blocked it right way, they said its TD bank, but TD bank always leaves voice mail, dont call this number back. Never give your personal information to these scammers and be alert

They called this morning, confusing my mom who is tired (yet she picked up without checking), and caused more confusion. First, they identified as TD Bank, then they said they were headquarters, then claimed they work at my branch. (???) They needed to talk to me. I ask for their number, looked it up on the official website, found nothing with this number in the directory. Told them I'll visit my branch instead.
Two years ago, I was also informed at a branch by a manager that they don't recognize this number, and avoid giving out information to unfamiliar sources.

These fuckers have called 27 times this weekend, and not left one message. So I called it from my work line; it purports to be TD Canada Trust. So if it's a legit call from them, why not leave a message? Because it's a stolen voicemail from the actual bank, and it's a phishing call, IMHO.
