Got several calls which I didn't answer. Then came some sort of garbled message. Thanks to the above comments which confirmed suspicions, I am blocking that number. Thanks guys!

They want to give me a $299 refund for a program I allegedly purchased because they are going out of business, and in order to do that I have to give them access to my computer. This is clearly a scam.

Received calls from this number many times. I do not answer but I remembered the scam was about Microsoft refund.
