Message stated that we requested to be called if there was a new program to help from being behind on our mortgage.(we have gotten many of the same calls on our house phone # 562.402.1606) We did NOT ask to be called and we do NOT need help. We are NOT behind on our mortgage!!!

The call offered help with home mortgages, almost certainly a scam. When I went to replay the call for information for this complaint there was nothing on my answering machine. I didn't answer the call and heard it only through my answering machine.

Caller: didn't properly hear any of this. No company name provided on call back.

loan modification, claimed I had called and requested information, they have called numerous times before, just did not keep track until now, when I called back and asked the name of the company I was hung up on. Could not ask to stop calling.

The company was offering low rate mortgages. They never said the name of the company. There are numerous complaints about this caller located at http://www.callercenter.com/888-502-3609.html.
