I was looking for tech support for Firefox and got this #; spoke to a William John who went on my computer from GoToAssist and said I needed my drivers updated at a cost of $115.00 total. Said he was in New Jersey.

This is the number to a group of scammers who phish the web sites and intend to take the money of the unaware and elderly. They will tap into your computer system warning you that you have entered a dangerous website that has placed a virus on your computer. They will give you a number to call and the "techs" at that number will remove the problem for a price. These people are thieves and con artists. I don't know their real names but, these people have strong foreign accents with names like "Sid Williams", Jason Morgan, and a female whose first name only was given, "Anna". BEWARE!
