TWC with a "special" offer

they have called my cell phone 3 times in the evening within the last 9 days. they leave no message, so I have no clue who it is. when I tried to return the call all i got was a voicemail message asking me to leave them a message after the beep...funny as I have no clue who they are or why they called me in the first place
