I received an email from a similar address as above (a bunch of numbers, with a "noreply@support.com). Unlucky, for them, I'm a system administrator... I called their phone number, and got into an argument with their "tech-support" about the "free software", but being charged for security counter-measures... This is NOT microsoft.
